Our supply partner Seam Coffee sources their green coffee from Raw Material, a non-profit organisation that returns 100% of the profits to farmers ensuring the coffee you’re drinking is both ethically & sustainably sourced helping to build coffee farming communities.
It is their belief that coffee needs to be about farmers before coffee influencers; about social justice & equity before brew methods; about common sense over profit, with the idea that the coffee trade should be treated differently. Instead of looking at coffee as a lifeless commodity, they see coffee as the livelihoods that the crop underpins. They visit farms, learn about struggles and, most importantly, shake hands on a price that exceeds the cost of production.

Promotion period:
This offer is valid on boardroom bookings made and used up to and including 31 January 2026.
Eligibility:
Applies to standard boardroom bookings of 3 hours or more.
How it works:
When you book and pay for 2 hours, you receive 1 additional hour free (total use time = 3 hours), provided a minimum booking of 3 hours is made.
Minimum payment:
A minimum of 2 hours must be paid at the standard hourly rate. The complimentary hour has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Consecutive use:
The complimentary hour must be used consecutively with the paid booking and cannot be split or carried over.
Availability:
Subject to boardroom availability.
Not combinable:
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or special rates unless stated otherwise.
Overruns:
Any time used beyond the total booked period (paid + complimentary hour) will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Cancellations & changes:
Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. If a booking is reduced below 3 hours, the complimentary hour will be forfeited.
Changes to offer:
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion before the end date with reasonable notice.
